Free 30 Meditation

The Free 30 is a daily maintenance program designed to relax and restore the entire body. This free class is offered four days a week (Mon-Thur) and will include a short warmup, utilizing a few of the Energization Exercises designed by Paramhansa Yogananda, followed by one or two yoga postures, and a centering/relaxation exercise.

Research has shown that the benefits of yoga therapy and meditation are greatly enhanced if performed on a daily basis, even for a period as short as fifteen minutes.

Through daily yoga therapy and meditation, we can reprogram our entire bodily system so that it functions in a manner that promotes vitality and a healthier mind and body.
